Arré

Arré is a digital media platform based in Mumbai that works across multiple formats. Since 2016, Arré has distinguished itself in a crowded media landscape with its voice, spanning multimedia text pieces (opinion, deep-dives, personal essays), fiction and non-fiction audio and video. I joined the team a few months prior to the launch and have been a small part of a long journey. As the Creative Editor, I oversaw the text, non-fiction video, and podcast sections; commissioned a roster of external contributors; and led a group of intensely talented individuals. But my foremost duty was hyphenating complex modifiers and ensuring everyone on team knew the importance of an Oxford comma.
